ENDICOTT (WBNG) -- Little Italy Endicott is handing out takeout meals with meatballs, manicotti and many other delicious Italian cuisines to celebrate the GUSTO! Italian festival.
In previous years streets would be blocked off with vendors and live music.
Along with the organization, restaurants near by like Sons of Italy are participating as well with specials of their own.
Little Italy Endicott has been giving out takeout meals once a month since June, but this month is extra special.
Michael Romero, Little Italy Endicott Board President, says the festival was something he always looked forward to each year.
“So at least we could do a little bit something,” Romero said. “To give people a little taste of GUSTO. A little taste of Little Italy Endicott.”
