After making history in 2021 as the first female broadcaster to serve as lap-by-lap announcer for a national motorsports series, Jamie Little will return to the booth for ARCA Menards Series telecasts on FS1 in 2022.
Little, who also works pit road for FOX Sports’ coverage of NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series broadcasts, will be joined by former Cup Series winner and long-time ARCA broadcaster Phil Parsons in the booth with Kate Osborne returning to pit road. Osborne will be joined on pit road at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 19 by newcomer Josh Sims, who will make his debut in the season-opener.
Little has been breaking barriers for her entire career, starting when she covered the IndyCar Series for ABC Sports. She transitioned to NASCAR coverage with FOX Sports in 2015 and made history with her call of the ARCA Menards Series’ Lucas Oil 200 driven by General Tire at Daytona last February.

“I am thrilled to be back in the FOX Sports booth for the ARCA Menards Series,” Little said. “Last year was a dream come true, calling races from the booth. I can’t wait to sit alongside Phil Parsons again and bring the action of the ARCA Menards Series to the fans at home. It’s the home of the future NASCAR superstars — truly where champions are built.”
Parsons, whose older brother Benny Parsons was the 1968 and 1969 ARCA Menards Series champion, followed in his brother’s footsteps, first as a driver and then as a broadcaster. Parsons won the 1988 Winston 500 at Talladega Superspeedway to become a Cup Series winner, adding on victories in the Xfinity Series to go along with a singular ARCA Menards Series win in 1980 at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
Parsons has been a mainstay of the ARCA Menards Series team on FS1 since 2003 and has called NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races for FOX Sports since 2003. In 2020, Parsons added studio analyst to his resume when he joined FOX Sports’ pre-race coverage of the Truck Series on NASCAR RACEDAY-NCWTS and on NASCAR RACE HUB.
“The ARCA Menards Series has been near and dear to my heart since I was a child,” Parsons said. “With Benny being a two-time champion in the series and growing up in Detroit, it was such a big deal when the ARCA cars came to town. I vividly remember attending races at the Michigan State Fairgrounds, Flat Rock, Mt. Clemens and Toledo.
“The series has been a huge part of my life ever since I can remember, and it’s an honor to watch these young kids come through and compete against the great veterans from the booth.”
Osborne has developed a strong career in broadcasting and is a familiar face in the motorsport and automotive space around the world with her work at Mecum Auctions. She joined the FS1 team for the ARCA Menards Series in 2020, her first as a racing reporter with FOX Sports after covering motorsports since 2010. Osborne also has served as a pit reporter for FOX Sports in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
“Kicking off my third season in the pits for the ARCA Menards Series, I truly look forward to covering the stories this series has to offer,” Osborne said. “From the up and comers to drivers with established careers, the series is diverse, promotes competitive racing and allows for growth and development. Teaming up with Jamie Little and Phil Parsons again, we already have an established camaraderie, and I am excited to split the pits with Josh Sims in Daytona and highlight what the ARCA Menards Series is all about.”
Sims made the transition from local sports reporter to pit road reporter in 2021, joining the FOX Sports team to work as a reporter on NASCAR Race Hub, NASCAR RaceDay and select NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events.
The Lucas Oil 200 driven by General Tire will be the first time Sims will have an opportunity to cover a race at Daytona as a pit reporter.
“I’m thrilled to join the team,” Sims said. “I’ve covered the Daytona 500 since 2015 and also got some NASCAR races under my belt on pit road last year, so pit reporting for the ARCA race will add to what is already a special weekend in Daytona.”
In addition to Daytona, Fox Sports will broadcast ARCA Menards Series races at Talladega Superspeedway, Kansas Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Pocono Raceway, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Watkins Glen International and Bristol Motor Speedway.
