Peggy Little Carter
Peggy Little Carter, 85, of Abilene, passed away Jan. 17, 2022 in Abilene.Peggy was born in Greenville, Texas, to John and Noema Little on April 10, 1936. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1959, and attended East Texas State University.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dale Little.
Peggy is survived by her husband Raymond Carter and her brother Larry Little of Greenville; three daughters, Terri Low, Sue Brown (Bobby) and Gwen Coonrod (Don); grandchildren Michelle, Kristi, Geno, Daniel, Tiffany, Justin, Corbin, and Chance, and also several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 277 South, Abilene, Texas.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, at Memoryland Memorial Park in Greenville, Texas.
