Little League® International has announced Autumn Llewellyn as its new Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Information Technology department, effective as of April 19, 2022.

“On behalf of everyone at Little League International, we are thrilled to welcome Autumn to our team in Williamsport,” said Andy Frederick, Little League Senior Director of Information Technology. “Autumn’s many years of experience with project management and data analysis are a welcome addition as our organization continues to strengthen the technology services that we provide to our local leagues and will also help to improve our organization’s business operations as a whole.”

In this role, Ms. Llewellyn will work with Mr. Frederick and the entire Information Technology department to evaluate and schedule project requests and determine the best resources to accomplish the projects while keeping all internal and external stakeholders informed. Additionally, Ms. Llewellyn will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, all while utilizing her skills to network and build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders involved with these various projects.

“I’m excited to join the team of innovative and hard-working folks at Little League,” said Ms. Llewellyn. “I love finding creative and efficient ways to complete projects and am delighted to have the opportunity to apply my skill set to advance the goals of the organization and keep kids playing ball. I look forward to meeting more of the staff that I’ve heard great things about!”

A native of Danville, Pennsylvania, Ms. Llewellyn joins the Little League team after more than a decade of professional experience within the Geisinger Health System. During that time, she has served as a Data Steward, Project Manager, Education Analyst, and Registrar and has helped improve accuracy of provider data from 60% to 95+% over a six-month period, designed and published online learning content, and created instructor-led and online course content for compliance and other staff training initiatives. Additionally, she spent one year as a Compliance Coordinator for Bloomsburg University where she transitioned the HR process of tracking compliance from a paper-based filing system to an electronic system to eliminate paper filing completely.

Ms. Llewellyn is a two-time graduate of Misericordia University where she received a B.S. in Business Administration in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration in 2013.
