HE POINTS A BLACK GUN WITH AN EXTENDED MAGINAZE AT MR. PATTERSON. THE MALE CAN BE SEEN FORCIBLY PULLING THE DRIVER’S DOOR OPEN. DURING THIS TIME, A SHOT IS FIRED. THE COURT RECORD INDICATES POLICE LATER RECOVERED THE VAN AND FOUND LATENT PRINT SBELONGING DURING AN INTERVIEW A TO THE WISE, AND DURING AN INTERVIEW AT POLICE HEADQUARTE,RS WISE ADMITTED HE WAS IN THE VAN ON THAT DATE IN ALSO ACCORDING TO THE CHARGING JANUARY.
